CourseAnvil stores your name, email, password hash, account sessions and the course information you enter. We use these records to provide your workspace, authenticate you and manage your chosen plan.
When configured, Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered with Stripe; we store customer and subscription identifiers and subscription state.
Calendar subscriptions use an unguessable private URL. Anyone with that URL can read the exported schedule. You can replace the link. Calendar providers fetch feeds according to their own settings; imported files remain in your calendar until you remove them.
No mobile number or SMS consent is collected in this version. We do not sell your account or course information or use it to send third-party marketing.
Password reset links expire after 30 minutes. They are delivered through the configured transactional email provider when available. We use an essential account cookie; no advertising cookies are set by this application.
